I work with individuals, couples and families in person, by phone and on Zoom. I have extensive professional training and practice in body-focused modalities including Family and Systemic Constellations, Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP), Somatic Experiencing (resolving trauma), Pre- and Perinatal Development, Specialized Kinesiology, and Soul or Spiritual Counseling. I facilitate frequent Family Constellations workshops, teach an in-depth 20 day course for learning to facilitate Family and Systemic Constellations, and teach personal development and self-awareness classes using these modalities.
